Ever thought why after killing a man (or woman) in the Dark Brotherhood quest you can't get their now empty house? Now you can.

This mod claims deadman's house for you after their death.

 

Currently supported:

• Beitild - Dawnstar
• Hern - Half-Moon Mill
• Vittoria Vici - Solitude

 

A few notes:

In Vittoria's house lives another man (Aquillius Aeresius) who inherits it after the quest "bound until death". Interesting fact - he sleeps in her bed, and probably was sleeping next to her before her wedding. So she was cheating to her husband, lol. Long story short - you have to kill him as well to fully get the house. He sleeps on the second floor after midnight.

 

You DON'T HAVE TO kill Hert - wife of Hern. Provoke Hern and kill him claiming self defense, Hert will be your friend after that. I have plans on her in the future. But it's up to you, her death gives nothing.

 

F.A.Q.:

Q: This already exists somewhere. A: 1. This is not a question. 2. I don't care. 

Q: What if they are already dead in my game? A: mod will see it and claim their houses for you on startup.

Q: LE? A: Maybe, i dont know, the esp in 44 form and it is marked as esl, so probably not.

Q: Can I suggest some ofter actor? A: Yes, tell who's house can be "freely" taken and I'll add it in the future update. Someday. Next year, maybe.
