Currently only for CBBE bodies/textures. What's the catch? No clothes or armor in Skyrim fits these shorties, so use a naked gameplay mod. Followers with these 3 races? Bring back more races from the LE version? Vanilla-ish armors for them? Loverslab-certified skimpy armors?
