Well there isnt much left on the shelves here but feel free to use that premises, including both a general store and a Laundromat. Please note that there have been reports of strange sounds coming from the surrounding woods...... The place might need some fixing up but hey, in the apocalypse all goods are free......if you know how to survive... The Owner (meaning the poor soul who found this place after the blast is Trent DeLouise, he lives on the second floor but he havent found the courage to enter the second apartment, he heard some noices a few nights ago but he put his pillow over his head to keep them out.... The lot itself has a General Store and a Laundromat, upstairs are two apartments, one occupied by Trent, the other one.....by something.....else...... Lot info: Size: 30x30, cost: 61.968 Simoleons. You MUST use the bb.moveobject cheat BEFORE placing the lot! You will also need the following packs to make it look like in the photos: Horse Ranch, Growing Together, Eco Lifestyle, City Living, Werevolves, Jungle Adventure and Vampires.
