The Owner (meaning the poor soul who found this place after the blast is Trent DeLouise, he lives on the second floor but he havent found the courage to enter the second apartment, he heard some noices a few nights ago but he put his pillow over his head to keep them out....
The lot itself has a General Store and a Laundromat, upstairs are two apartments, one occupied by Trent, the other one.....by something.....else......
