Some more recent mod apart from "Milk Mod Economy" for add milk production mechanics?

I want to use mods to introduce milking mechanics into my game VR Skyrim , in a gameplay with  A.I. Mods like SKYRIMNET,  but I only find "Milk Mod Economy" . It looks like too old or at leat it has not been updated since a lot of time.

 

-Are there more mods apart from "Milk Mod Economy" or pluggins or mods that use it as framework to add new mechanics?

 

I think in particular in using it for apply on females followers, playing with male player. I like a lot of "Milk Mod Economy" mechanics, but I do not know it there is more mods to choose/add more mechanics or that could be better to use with Skyrimnet or other A.I.  mods

Great!, Thanks for the fast answer.  So, as I understand, Mammaries and lactation is under develoment, waiting for a new SKSE version. Is it correct?. And there are not more similar mods to add lactation/breat inflation, etc, correct?.  "Mammaries and lactation" is some kind of evolution from the concept of "Milk Mod Economy"?.  Sorry if it looks like I have no basic knowledge of the context of this mods/your mods. Lat time I have mooding Skyrim seriusly was more or less 2015. Now I am re-learning and swiming again into it, but I have got no idea about Loverslab/NSFW general Skyrim modding world of the last years. I am trying to go to date with A.I. modding and VR modding with less free time to it than I wish
