[XCL] [0.25.6] Tabbed Mod Settings

A simple modlet that works with existing modder's mod options that tabifies everything making it easier to get to the mod settings or cheats you want to get to. It also has a last active tab variable that remembers the last tab you had open and will re-open it there next time you go into the mod options screen.
