I've been trying to find the source mod for "Pulls them closer and writhe against them" that either leads to sex or refusal before continuing on to normal dialogue with a NPC.

Not in my load order, but thanks.   Actually there's a similar (and older mod) that Code Serpent made that was the genesis for the mod you mentioned - Dragonborn in Distress which is indeed in my load order.  I'll take a look to see if that's the issue.
