[Search Request] Looking for mods that allows Free Sex + turns every NPC into ready to sex

Greetings,

 

Last time I was playing around Skyrim like 10 years ago, and today night I had a quite good dream, and remember that in Oblivion there were similar mode (Estrus) but now I'm looking into more complex mode for Skyrim. 

 

The mod I'm trying to find is mode that converts every/most NPC into sexy female that can be clothed with different clothes (manually), while also adding ability to have sex with them at any moment, including them having sex with other. Also any mode that allows body writing 

 

I looked around but most mods I were able that satisfy creteria above is for female PC.

 

Tl;Dr - mod that allow creating whore city for Male straight character.

 

Any advice or direction regarding mods combo would be helpful.
