Nude passive perk mod

I'm trying to find this mod that I had once upon a time, I don't remember if it was oldrim only or not. It had Dibella in the name somehow, I'm pretty sure, like Blessing of Dibella or something. It was a very simple mod where you could select perks in the MCM like unarmed damage or health regen, and the number of perks you could get depended on your Speech level, and these benefits would only apply if you weren't wearing clothes or armor. For some reason I can't find it on here or Nexus Mods.

That's exactly what I was looking for, thank you. I have no idea why I wasn't able to find this, maybe I just missed it lol
