Idea: Base Layer breast forms for male cross dressing sims

Hello creators! I’m essentially looking for a breasts or breast form overlay for male sims that can be worn under cloths, instead of giving my male sims permanent female figures.  With the new Base Layer clothing category, I wondered if this could be achieved. 😃

Not by using base layers.  Base layers are just like leggings, but for the upper body-- they can't have mesh, only texture.  So, like a coat of paint.

I see. Would it be possible as like an accessory, or some clothing item? Air of like the male penises that are added before the bottom clothing item.

That would probably work, I have a tail accessory that automatically takes on the sim's skintone.  The issue would probably be getting it to also work with clothing.  There's CAS part breasts that are tops, but you have to undress their top for them to show.
