mod idea Flirty / creep mod ?

I got some stories planned and need some help. Some Sims to be a creep / flirty with all adults and not stop. The current method I use is very time consuming. (Delete relationship , add romantic levels , have one sims not be interested in men or women romantically & sexually, flirt, repeat .)

 

I'm wondering if there might be settings in WW to have a Sim not remember other sims preferences ( Sex , romantic , boundaries , gender etc.) or a mod that can do this. Really wish I knew how to mod cuz I got several ideas  (if this doesn't exist already)
