How do I move the Girls of Skyrim to the Bannered Mare?

I am new to modding, and I was hoping someone could help because the Creation Kit tutorials aren't.  I want to change the default location of "the girls of skyrim" from the Sleeping Giant Inn to the Bannered Mare.  I've been using the CK to drag / drop them in the Bannered Mare and delete them from the Sleeping Giant, but they only get deleted - they don't show up in the new spot.

 

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Delete them from the Sleeping Giant Inn and place them in the Bannered Mare.

 

It's that easy.

They may have AI packages that allow them to sandbox in the Sleeping Giant Inn, so you may need to change that position to the Bannered Mare. This would prevent them from travelling from the Bannered Mare to go back to Riverwood, and allow them to always return to the Bannered Mare after dismissal.

Okay - I thought I was doing all that and its still not working.  I must be making some other mistake.
