Need NPCs Sparring Mod

I need sparring mod between NPCs. NFF has a sparring feature. Unfortunately, NFF hasn't had an update in a while, and this feature is very cumbersome. Players have to initiate dialogue with each NPC individually. I hope someone creates some kind of spell that can be directed directly at the target NPC so they can spar with each other.
