There is now a MEGA Modlist that is (mostly) up-to-date with mods from 95. The WB Assets zip also has templates, some different womb textures, and a few dialogue packs from the discord.

I encourage anyone who wants to make their own mods to put them here, I will reach out to the MEGA Modlist owner to see if they will include them.
