Suddenly get dressed

During a SexLab animation, the male NPC suddenly puts his clothes back on mid-animation. What is causing this issue and how can I fix it?

Can have a gazillion reasons without knowing anything about your Modlist.

Most common is that something gets equipted like a tongue item tho

In addition to what Gukahn said, I'm fairly certain there might be something in the AI packages that makes the NPC reconsider wearable items in their inventory. AI packages can be manipulated from Papyrus as well.

I'm not sure if I have a similar mod installed. This is my mod list.

NPC Fixer Invisible And Naked NPC Fixer.  Let me think... could it be this mod causing the issue?
