A somewhat odd request / idea Riekling and OSTIM

I am using the follower mod Redcap the Riekling:

I recently discovered the short male animation for OSTIM called OARECSD 1.0 where there are few shota animations where the male is scaled to 0.775.

 

So natural i wanted to align the two...

 

So many problems to start with.

 

First is the riekling does not have the proper humanoid skeletons for the animation.

 

So in the screenshot, the dragonborn is all willing but the riekling just cant.

 

I found this mod, but i dont think this applies to this follower mod?

Also, there is the no naked texture, how can i apply the texture / asset from this mod to the Redcap follower?
