Despite The Sims 4 seemingly being filled to bursting with clownish content, none of the patches or packs contains the single most important item for a true natural simulated inhabitant of a computerized Clown World: a simple rainbow patterned Afro Clown Wig. Even a mildly iridescent 'do will do. Bozo bless.

That is about as good as I dare say it is ever going to get. Yeah, the back is all a uniform color but TS4 is not a third person shooter where one is left gawking at the back of one's character's noggin at all times.
