Body reverts back to Default

My body reverts back to default body when I move to skin detail category in the CAS how do I prevent this, most of my nipple overlay is in the body details section but i have to choose one then go back to body to see the change as I cant see it on the default body.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure this is due to how CAS works - since it wasn't ever made to support actual nudity.

So moving to Skin Details tab causes the Sim to reset - you can see that your Sims' makeup is also taken off - so that you can apply skin details without other things being in the way.

I'm not sure if I am explaining it in a way that makes sense but hopefully it does.
