Issues Changing Outfits? Not removing Scuba Gear.

Anyone else having weird outfit issues? I'm in Sulani, and my Sim swims a lot. She also does Scuba, and recently noticed she doesn't change out of it when going back home. If I try to change her outfit, she changes into that outfit - but doesn't remove the mask & flippers. I know I can use MC Command Center to clean outfits, but I've never had this issue since playing the game for years. I also noticed she will behave as if she's in Scuba Gear and swims and dives..... but sometimes does this when NOT wearing mask and flippers.
