help please im tryin to upload a Webp image but its not working

Huh, I thought loading WebP videos had become possible, but it's not supported at all. I'm guessing WebP support is likely limited to image data only.

Paint? Paint.net?

Like Dorabella said - pretty much any image editing software or even an online conversion site will work.
