Well, it seems the game already has a nude patch from the get go. Some character have no underwears and have textured vaginas:

Wait, they did this but censored the naked figurehead on the bow of the ship?

Above the thigh there definitely looks like there's some sort of underwear texture, and the position of the "vagina" at this angle looks more like the texture of the underwear against the thigh.
