Add NPC Mods

Hey sexy people... someone mentioned having a mod that added NPCs in various places. I've done some vague poking about here and on the place that is hated, and havn't found anything. Can someone linky me?

Are you looking for just basic npcs or companions?

 

RePopulated Wastelands adds a bunch of NPCs throughout the wasteland: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=40176 I am running it and it has a very minimal hit to FPS.

 

Populated casino's adds more folks in the casino's of new vegas:

If you want increased spawns of raiders/creatures and the like then IWS (increased wasteland spawns): http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38623

(there are several settings for different computers all useable from in game so you can set things to whatever rate your computer can handle )

 

Companion mods: well 1st you need to determine which companion system you are going to run and then search for companions for it from there.

rePopulated wastelands as mentioned above is a great starting point.

 

I would stay far away from the new vegas rePopulated mod though it adds and makes changes to things that many other mods do not like.
