Sure thing. This patch should stop male NPCs from playing female sounds. Please install on top of the latest 1.4.1 version and allow to overwrite what it wants.

I don't have any male moaning sounds, so it's easier to just ignore male NPCs for the time being. If someone would make such audio files I'd be glad to add male sounds as well.

thanks! can you make a list of what you need for males? I might be able to make them with elevenlabs.
I tried browsing the local files but they are many sounds (moans etc.) that don't seem to match the ones I hear in game for example gagged when idle, so idk which exact sound list are needed
