Combination of mods for good sexual gameplay loops and engaging scenarios?

I have been playing RJW on and off through the years, enjoying the new mods and kinks. Some times with a ton of mods and others with just a few. However, I have never attained anything more than the vanilla RW gameplay loop, but with sex, or just a sexual fest sandbox. Normally I just RP, with an ideoligion and so, but the sexual part never becomes a true core mechanic. In fact, more often than not, the mods become sexual clutter instead of becoming an engaging gameplay addition.

 

More than ranting, I'm here just to ask what RJW submods/settings the rest of the players here use to obtain challenging unique scenarios with an engaging sexual gameplay loop. 

 

For example, has anyone used the RJW - Insects submod to set up a challenging scenario where you really struggle to keep your colony from getting breed by insects? Or anyone used one of the lactation/milking submods to set up a scenario where you really have to capture and milk visitors dry to survive?

 

Please share what scenarios you have managed to set up around sex and with what combination of mods.

If you dont share your turn ons and turn offs with the class we cant help you here. Rimworld being a sandbox game means you have to create your goals yourself. Create the most inbred child, have a pawn with every type of cock at once, rape the emperor...
