Help with installing the Hot coffe mod for Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition

Hello, I was following this site here, I downloaded basically everything and put it in the root folder (with the script in the script folder) I did try trouble shoot to launch the game was to deleat the dsound.dll file but Niko stuck in place when I load in, I tryed reloading and or restarting the game but this didn't change anything, I have installed at this time the Fusion Fix Mod and the GTA4 DXVK (stutter and low performance fix for GTA IV and EFLC) Mod

 

Any help it's aprreciated
