Hand/Breast collision issue

Recommended Posts

So I've gone through the steps and gotten HDT to work with the manga body and the breast collision looks great. But when using one of reds idles I notice the hand pierces the breast and does not manipulate it. I've seen this is solved by using smaller breasts but I have seen in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfBZ82pZ0QEthe person using the approximate half weight on the scale and he has collision. How do I fix this?

Thanks.

Open the JFF program, click on the Breast tab, on the bottom you'll see another tab called "CapsuleShape" or something, click on it then raise the big slider a bit, it should be at 1,xxxx since it's the usual amount on every xml, if you've got boobies like those on the video, I'd advise something like 4 or 5.

im with same problem already related at http://www.loverslab.com/topic/26650-hdt-system-all-in-one-file-27z-help-with-collision/ , i just cant do jff work at all, because that say a error code and dnt allow execute , idk if a problem with win 8.1 pro , already installed all dependencies requested for jff.

http://hdt.monsto.com/forum/ its not working for me also, looks like its got offline.

I do not know Win 8.1. Is there perhaps a compatibility mode for exe.file?

Hey guys I did everything you said, still clipping, I'l give you my process and data files if that will help

1. Manual install CBBE
2. Manual install realistic forces
3. Mod Organizer install xm32 skelly
4. Manual install Manga body v2
5. Manual install http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4686/?
6. Manual install HDT Physics extension version 9-28
7. Follow this guide (http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10270-conversions-for-manga-body/page-77?do=findComment&comment=566933) STILL NO COLLISION
8. Modify xml in JFF - STILL NO COLLISION

Which xml file do I edit in JFF?

Also I've attatched my female body files, SKSE plugin files and the hdt.xml file in my character assest female, if you could please help me it would be so good, I promise to write out a comprehensive guide on how I did it once I get it to work providing all the files I used and exactly how so nobody has to dig through 6 different threads again

I'm using HDT 12/29 and I've got everything working but the hands moving the breasts. I'm using reds idle. I currently have a char using Tryks' Moonshadow elves. It's strange cause I've got everything else working (hair, breast bounce, etc.). My char and npc's are all affected.

Ok well this is how you get it working with the CBBE Manga body

1. Install CBBE, XM32 Skelly, Manga body
2. Download a Physics extension pack ( I used 10-24 )
3. Chuck the .dll file into Data\SKSE\plugins
4. Download the htd.xml here bother with the htdm.xml unless you want male collisions)
5. Put the htd.xml into Data\SKSE\plugins
6. Rename htd.xml to htdPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml
7. Follow this guide http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10270-conversions-for-manga-body/page-77#entry566933 (IMPORTANT: make sure you use this path (SKSE\plugins\htdPhysicsDefaultBBP.xml)
8. Grab tissues
9. Enjoy

Also if you're having clipping issues the best thing I can reccomend is to open the XML using this program

And you always wrote htd.xml. It is called hdt.xml doesnt it?

Soooooo. I guess my question is: how does this work in a combat scenario? if the tits are to big will she be able to lift her weapon or cast spells with out her tits jumping up and knocking the poor girl out? or is this basically for screenies and the like? just curious, because I play my game and take photos, but I don't want a lot of weird stuff happening while killing beasties... not criticizing by any means, just curious.

Do I not need HDT Havok Object for armor only or for everything now because the title says

HDT Breast Collision for realy ALL ARMORS...
Link to comment

In short, you install one of the XMLs from Monsto, those called 12-29 or 10-24 = you don't have the collision but you have the jiggle. If you install clp's All In One = you have the jiggle AND the collision, BUT you have to equip the HDT Havok Object for it to work.

In short, downloading 12-29 won't make it collide, and downloading clp's All in One will not do anything if you don't equip the HDT Havok Object.

Ah... ok.  Thanks for clearing that up.  Guess I've got to use the all in one and not 12/29.

Ooooor, you could use blabba's edited 10/24, which has the collision enabled on it. Thing is you will have to setup your nifs for it to work. However, you won't get it on most armors, you'll have to manually edit the armors you use for it to work properly (not a huge problem anyway, unless you like jiggling iron armor).

So... I tried all-in-one v2 and one of my followers breasts are going crazy.  Follower is Brynhildr from Elder Scrolls General.  We came out of a cave and Brynhildr's breasts stretched out to oblivion and after a bit came back.  They kept jiggling/vibrating and wouldn't stop.  I fear that with trying to fix my earlier issue and using a bunch of different HDT files that I've screwed up all of it.  I was using 12/29 which worked great but no breast collision.  I may have to go back to 12/29 since that worked.  I did see a post on using HDT with the head.nif which simplifies HDT but I still need to fix this new issue I've got now.  Sigh... don't know if I should give all-in-one v3 a try.

I just want to be sure so I tell here how I try to get breast collision. But I dont get it so please tell me if I forgot anything or Im doing something wrong. (I just think I dont get breast collision because Im doing something wrong with editing the .nif files)

I open femalebody_0/1.nif from Meshes/actors/character/character assets with Nifskope.

Then I right click somewhere at the block list select Block->Insert->Nis...->NiStringExtraData.

At Block Details, I click on the "txt" Icon at the Name:Name and type in "HDT Havok Path". After that I click on the other "txt" icon at Name:String Data and type in my path to the hdt.xml (in my case SKSE\Plugins\hdt.xml).

Now I click on NiNode at the Block List and go to Num Extra Data List and exchange the Value from 0 to 1. Then I double click the green arrows and type in 0. Now all is done and I overwrite the old one and do the same with femalebody_1.nif.

I even tried the other description from the official HDT website but I still had no collision and it really doesnt matter which I follow.

I am using the All In One V3 only for females  from clp2011.

Ok I am going to make this as detailed as possible because I know how annoying it was putting this together from half answers

NOTE I USED CBBE AND MANGA BODY (if you use UNP or anything else I don't know if this will work, I assume you can not get the manga body and use an .xml provided by someone else but I'm not sure if it supports anything other than CBBE, I am sure CPL or Monsto can clarify this)

I ALSO DO NOT USE HAVOK OBJECT OR ALL IN ONE

1. Download and install CBBE
2. Download and install Manga body http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10270-conversions-for-manga-body/
3. Download and install a TBBP compatible skeleton ( I used XP32 )
4. Download and install a hdt extension package from here I use 10-24 stable ) (To install simply place the .dll file and .xml file into SKSE\plugins)

CONGRATS YOU'VE ACHIEVED BREAST JIGGLE!
Now for the collision

5. Download the hdt.xml zip file from monsto's post here http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25484-setup-breast-collision/
6. Now in this folder ^ grab the hdt.xml ( I don't care about male collision so I ignore the hdtm.xml )
7. Rename this hdt.xml to hdtPhysicsDefaultsBBP.xml and replace the existing file of the same name you have placed in SKSE\plugins

CONGRATS MOTHER FUCKER YOU'VE INSTALLED THE SHIT OUT OF COLLISION
Now to get it working on bodies or armours

8. You can follow this guide here (http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10270-conversions-for-manga-body/page-77?do=findComment&comment=566933) on this but it can be a bit confusing so I'll just put some handy dotpoints to help out, IGNORE STEPS 9-12 if following this guide as they have already been covered or are just wrong

-IF FOLLOWING THIS GUIDE I HAVE WRITTEN USE THE FUCKING PATH I HAVE LISTED BELOW OR I WILL SMACK YOU, ignore that female character assests and whole multiple .xml shit
- After creating the NiS Extra data thingo to get it positioned above the NiNode simply right click it and go to block and then move up
- The path you want to type is SKSE\plugins\hdtPhysicsDefualtsBBP.xml (trust me on this, it doesnt have to start from C: or even Data)
- You can do this on armours too but they must be TBBP enabled, theres a great selection here

MY GOD MOTHERFUCKERS YOU DID IT
But whats that? Glitching? Jittering? Clipping?

Glitching
- I can't help
Jittering
- I can't help
Clipping
- You can mess around with breast size and breast hitbox using the JFF tool, I am still not sure on how to do this so take everything I say with a grain of salt
- With the manga body the default XML seems to work ok with a body weight of 0.2
- I have recieved a smoother animation by experimenting with preventing collisions between the breasts and forearms, arms, head, neck and spine
- You can increase the size of the breast hkCapsule under radius, this helps if your hands are penetrating the breasts
- You can increase hand size radius

Feel free to ask questions and message me

Now I have a question

Can someone explain to me what the hell Pre-Breast is?
