Ivy affinity

I have done multiple missions with Ivy as a companion but when I check to see her affinity it hasn't increased at all since I first got her as a companion . I've had her with me and taken her to high places multiple times , I've taken her to places she says she likes such as Fallon's and also Fallon's Administrative Offices ( Depravity mod ) as well as Finding magazines ( check for ALL magazine locations ) , swimming , shopping , unnecessary violence , visiting Fallon's in Concord , visiting Bethesda and Hubris Comics , picking locks , hacking terminals , high places , helping people etc . Is there something specific that I need to do to get her affinity to start to increase ?
