Tried this on a running save. When ambushed by falmer my current follower got marked as a kidnapper, also it starts Ostim scenes with captives from Captive Followers as aggressors. Unlucky.

Vortex is not allowing me to install the mod without the sexlab framework. Any workaround?

I don't use Vortex. Regardless, you do not need Sexlab. Especially since Sexlab functionality is removed with the patch overwriting the original mod.

Problem is, even with MO2 it doesn't allow to install original mod, as it says Sexlab Framework.esm is missing.

 

Update: and 2 minutes in I found a solution: just delete the sexlab.esm dependency in original mod's fomod ModuleConfig.xml, it's the fourth line.
