Are there ways to be allowed to purchase homes without doing vanilla quests? Via SL?

So I am planning on a playthrough with doing as little fighting as possible and concentrating on crafting and SL quest mods. The problem here is that I still want to buy a couple houses. Most importantly the Falkreath one, to grow alchemy reagents. Is there a SL way to do that?

If we talk about Falkreath Jarl specifically, I am pretty sure he will allow land purchase after the relationship rank with him rises sufficiently (to 3 I believe). So even if a mod does not remove the purchase requirement altogether, but just allows to raise relations with him via SL, it would still be fine. So maybe even some sort of romance or dating mod can do that?

SLEN can increase disposition by charming NPCs (or even bribing but to me it's wrong).

With SL Solutions it's possible to sleep your way up to thaneship without helping anybody (but the Jarl, obviously).

And/or hire a mercenary to do most of the dirty work; recruit them with sex with SL solutions or offer to become his personal sex slave for a few days with Lola.

Alternate start, live another life is a mod that lets you start with a chosen player home. An ancient profession is a prostitution mod that lets yo;u basically sleep your way to a small fortune, and is a really good quest mod on top of it.
