NPC Approach for OSTIM / Sexlab but offer to pay

Hi all,

 

Was wondering if there exist a mod, or would anyone have the knowledge to modify something simple for this mod:

Where the NPC will approach and offer you gold if you refuse their approach, and if you refuse again they'll just do it anyway >:D.

 

Babo approach is great but can become quite convoluted very quickly (and sometimes doesn't work / doesn't have offer gold function). Just looking for something super simple.
