I've NEVER downloaded anything like this, because I think it's generally pointless to mess with the main menu, or loading screens. However... this is Otep Friggin Shamaya, one of my favourite bands of all time. Hell yes I will download it!

The song Unveiled from her Smash the Control Machine would be perfect for fallout. The album cover would make a great image. It just has that 1950's feel. And one part of the lyrics just bleeds fallout. "All the children. Sing along. Thank God for the atom bomb."
