Creature penises not getting erect

i'm using abc and the schlongs of the creatures r completely flacid and i'm not sure how to fix it

Start by checking for relevant Papyrus errors, then check the inventory of a flacid creature that's supposed to be hard to see if the hard armor was added to them. If there's no relevant errors and there's no hard armor then presumably the conditions weren't met for CF to add the armor, i.e. everything is working as intended.
