What are some good mods to start with?

I just recently got Fallout 3 GOTY for my PC and I was wondering what mods I should get before I start.

 

Things I'm mainly looking for:

-anything essential, such as mod management and load order tools

-facial beauty enhancers

-body types (and if there's some sort of mod for setting the body type in game, like for Oblivion)

-if there's anything similar to Modular Beautiful People or 117 Race ( have found this, but I'm not sure if it's what I'm looking for: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1903#content)

Children of the wasteland is an interesting mod. They have one for Oblivion, FO3 and FONV. Main forum for them: http://www.childrenofcyrodiil.com/news.php

 

I used Project Beauty as a beautification mod but there may be better ones out there.

Others are: DIMONIZED RACES&TEXTURES http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1647

and of course Anthony Lings (note: it appears all his files are under moderator review ). His was by far the most comprehensive.

Hm, there seems to be something wrong on the Children of Cyrodiil page. I figured I'd try to download their Oblivion mod, but the download link is not clickable. Well, at least I can use the Fallout 3 one.

 

So, this Anthony Lang... what was the name of his mod? I happen to have... ways of getting things, so I'd like to see if I can get my hands on it.

Anthony Lings Pretty Things was the npc facial overhaul.

Anthony Lings Finer Things was his type 3 clothing mod.

Middle of your LO should be fine as it is mainly a deal for the PC.

Well, you see, the problem is that my game doesn't load when I enable Children of Cyrodiil, I assume because of a load order issue...

 

But this is starting to go too off topic, so let me go make a thread in Tech Support...
