I wish someone would just release. The game itself isnt even 15 bucks. Trying to make money off a game that old is just scummy.

He does not charge 15$ a mod, that is his channel membership. You get access to all the mods he has done, including the one you want. 

Is about support for effort.

I know, I didn't said that its 15$ per mod but that price exchange to my country currency its a bit too pricey for me tho i really wanted to support his work

If someone knows how to get the mod to work, let us know, or PM me. I have the mod but cannot get it to work.

 

The TCF installer installs it, but the mod does not show up in game. If anyone knows how to get it to work, it would be much appreciated.
