Help me find an old "rideable NPC slave cart" mod

There was a very old mod for Oldrim that someone posted here years ago. I think it was a chinese mod and it added a spell that would turn an NPC into a "pony cart" similar to the ones from the S.L.U.T.S mod, but with the difference that this one was rideable by the player and you could choose where the cart would take you, a pop-up menu would appear with various locations and you could add your own, then you would get in the cart and the NPC would carry you to your destination in real time. Does anyone know what mod it is? Here are some pictures for reference, one is from the Sluts mod and the other is a screenshot I found with a very similar mod for Oblivion.
