silicone breastplate/silicone breast form?

Good day everyone!

 

I know it could be very difficult to get exactly what I am looking, but I figured I would ask just in case.

 

Is there any silicone breastplate/silicone breast form that can be worn by a male sim that could also have clothing over it as well?

 

Not breast for males, but sort of an accessory that can be worn with the option of clothing covering it up.
