enema thirst zapper?

Is there a mod that lets the player give a character an enema, or lets an NPC give one to the player? Something similar to the Skyrim Enema mod—or, if not, would it be very difficult to create? I’m not very informated when it comes to this, but it could work well with other mods, like CWSS Redux, for example

The only mod I know of is JB.'s NukaRide
