I've recently become interested in modding for this game, but I don't understand how to export the .tmc and .tmcl files to Blender while still including the original model's bones. If anyone has any idea how to do this, I would appreciate your help.
 

P.S.: The most I've done so far is play around a bit with the options in LR Photo Studio and edit textures in Paint.NET, but I'd like to take it to the next level.

You've e a long way ahead, if all you used so far is LR photo studio.

Loading the models in blender only require plugins, however, putting them back together in a mod, is quite another story.

You've got to learn to use the TMC tools.

You can skip the reading and go diretly to the videos, although I don't recommend it.

 

Ultimatly, I've even done video tutorials on how to port XPS to TMC.
