Weird texture bug?

I'm not 100% sure when it started but every time i go into and then exit a crafting station (in this case the enchanting table typically) the skin texture becomes "flat"? Loading into racemenu fixes it. I've disabled some or reinstalled my skin textures and i've checked Reshade\Community Shaders but it doesn't seem to affect it. Kinda stumped
