Bodyshape variety

Is there a mod that varies body size, type, pubic hair etc on NPC's? The CBBE ones seem all quite similar by default.

On SE, you can use Obody + Opubes.

 

On LE, you can set up Bodygen for more variety, with a mod such as jBS2BG - BodySlide to BodyGen Converter and Generator. However, it will be much more complicated to setup than the SE alternatives. 

 

There are some SOS Pubic Hair mods out there that use Schlong of Skyrim to apply pubic hair to NPCs.
