If you are talking about file priority, there should be no file conflict with BiS;

If you mean load order, I think it also matters nothing if not little because of the integration is just a variable check, the esp files should not have any conflict, too.

Hey have you ever considered maybe building upon the mod in the sense that, wearing certain type of shoe can affect your feet as well? Say wearing commoner shoes or boots is better than being barefoot but if you adventure for too long it also causes ache and soreness, only high quality boots or shoes are best or until you build tolerance and callouses. Just an idea.
