Game freezes while trying to talk with NPCS

As said above, anytime i try to talk or gets close to NPC game freezes.

Tried to find the reason for the crash myself but it is impossible to do so since crash logger cannot make a report do to said freezing.

Guessing it is about the NPC overhaul(tried to turn of both of them, it still frezzes) or one of the mods for textures/meshes?

 

At least I dont need to restart PC anymore with task manager being on top, so I can end process quickly.

Fastest way to a solution when it comes to freezes is always going to be to remove mods until the problem goes away.
