[TRX] Futanari crashes when I change a female to have a vagina

I don't know what is happing exactly but when I select no genitalia to revert her it will either

1: crash when I talk to her? Not really sure but it happens when I ask for sex (not loading mind you)

2: crash when I try to go to a new or old save

Hopefully someone knows what's happening idk what to do
