AMD finally released there MANTLE driver 14.1 BETA

For all who have AMD GCN videocards.

Make sure you uninstall your current driver if you replace it with this one through control panel and choose uninstall all

 

got to START-CONTROL PANEL-PROGRAMS REMOVE THEN ATI INSTALL MANAGER CHANGE AND CHOOSE UNINSTALL ALL.

 

Then reboot and install latest driver 14.1.

 

Driver chamge more see changelog.

 

Mantle for now only works on 2 games BATTLEFIELD 4 and STARSWARM.

Lowend will profit most and highend will see some increase but not much.

 

Its also early release so prolly some improvements comming.

 

Battlefield 4 is not a mantle game its patched so mantle to some extend works but it will not be a large improvement over games that 100% build around mantle.

 

Star swarm see increase of +200% or more which is 100% mantle game.

 

Its free and it will help lowendmidrange pc systems alot.

 

Mantle is purely to boost CPU so works better with gpu so lowend CPU'S will benefit most not the 4770k who only will see slight improvement.
