Regarding the issue of first-person fingers stretching and misaligning

Encountered a bug in Skyrim. Not sure if it's caused by some mod downloaded from Nexus Mods. The first screenshot shows my hand being stretched, and I didn't capture the second one well, but it shows the weapon having a ghosting/double image effect when swaying left and right.

I personally use CBBE 3BA, so I have no experience with UBE & 3BBB

Best to go through all your skeleton and body mods on Nexus.

Read through all description tabs & Posts comments, and make sure all the requirements are filled.

Check each mod for hints as to load order.

Also make sure all your textures mods are appropriate to the body mods and at consistent resolutions.

UBE is a high polygon count mod, best to not install it for all races, performance wise.

Unique Player/character to ensure it is only used for your PC would be best.

Try to follow the instructions below

Using XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended (XPMSSE) with the Ultimate Body Enhancer (UBE) in Skyrim Special Edition provides a high-fidelity, high-polygon character body with full physics support, though it requires specific setup and technical know-how to avoid performance issues.
This video shows the general steps to install XP32 Maximum Skeleton:
Key Considerations for UBE and XP32
  • High Polygon Count: UBE is designed to be extremely high-poly, which means it is recommended for the player character only. Using UBE for all NPCs can "nuke" (severely damage) the game engine's performance.
  • Requirement: UBE typically requires the XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended (XPMSSE) as a base for animations and physics.
  • Unique Race Setup: Because of the high vertex count, UBE often requires changing your character’s race to a specific variant (e.g., "Nord UB") within the RaceMenu to avoid performance issues.
  • Armor Conversion: UBE is not directly compatible with standard 3BA or CBBE armor, requiring specialized patches or conversions, such as those found in Ysmir Armor SMP (UBE). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
This video explains how to build and use the UBE body mod in Skyrim:
Setup Workflow
  1. Install XPMSSE: Install XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended through your mod manager.
  2. Install UBE: Download the Ultimate Body Enhancer and install it.
  3. Use BodySlide: Use BodySlide and Outfit Studio to build the UBE body, ensuring you select the appropriate UBE preset rather than a 3BA or CBBE preset.
  4. Configure in Game: Use RaceMenu to change your character to the UBE-specific race for best results. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Compatibility and Tips
  • Armor Limitations: The selection of armor pre-converted for UBE is limited, and users may need to convert their own outfits using Outfit Studio.
  • NPCs: It is recommended to use a different body mod (like 3BA or BHUNP) for NPCs to maintain performance.
  • Plugins: Look out for UBE-specific plugins like UBE_Allrace.esp, which can be required for certain patches. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
