i use pornstar v7 by noir i use soft version but fat sims have this hole here how i can fix it?

This is a feature to avoid causing coordinate misalignment during sex. (The person who created it said so, so you should check the thread.)

Therefore, this is by design, and you need to accept it.

It would be fine to leave it as normal (Well, basically, a normal arrangement. like Simdulgence's Simple Penis 1.0), but the depth of the hips is drastically different between fat Sims and normal Sims, so the penis position changes drastically.

*To be clear, adjusting a Sim's body shape requires UV coordinate information called UV_1. Based on this information, you can fluidly change the Sim's body shape. Previously, even if the UV position was for the penis, it was positioned to match the groin area, but doing so would cause the penis's depth to change fluidly according to the body shape. Therefore, in noir, the UV_1 position for the penis is located between the thigh and the bottom of the groin (I did the same based on that).

I think it would be fine to make smooth adjustments based on this, but then that would look incredibly unnatural. I think this is probably a problem with no definitive answer yet.
