I will get banned for using mods?

Greetings, i'm new at Sims 4 mods, i googled and some people got banned for using wicked whims and other mods from this website.

I don't want to lose my EA account, as i have many games linked to it and many DLC.

What alternatives i could have?

There's any way to make Sims 4 "offline" or something so EA don't delete my account? If i make a new account and i get banned they will ban also my main account? (IP BAN)?

Is there a way to play with your Steam account instead? That's just a random suggestion, because I don't play Sims.

As long as you don't upload naked Sims to the gallery, it should be fine, right?

Also, pedophilia mods might be a no-go. I don't know for sure, though.

What's hated on LoversLab is all of conolnutty's mods. Turbo and others kicked him out because he was complicit in supporting pedophilia mods and for stealing code.

To go offline, select offline from the icon in the upper left corner.

If you're not going to play The Sims, then what exactly are you looking for?

You can buy The Sims 4 on Steam, but it's ultimately just a launcher, so it's faster to buy it directly from EA.

EA can not monitor the mods/cc that you use. Just don't post modded content in the gallery or on officals EA channels and you will be fine.

No, it is not possible that they can monitor what mods are being used therefore they cannot ban anyone for using mods of any kind. They can only ban people for sims uploaded to the gallery or for steaming via their EA App's built-in feature with such mods active. They cannot even ban a person for using them on adult streaming sites like PlexStorm.

Any claims that they make otherwise are empty threats.
