Anyone willing to translate this mod?

I looked far and wide in order to find SCP (stat control panel) since the original creator removed it from the nexus for some reason and I lost my original version after an accident forced me to wipe my hard-drive where I had all of my mods.

the version I found is in russian though and I can't understand a lick of it, so I thought why not ask here if someone would be willing to help a fella out?

I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to mods so I was working off the assumption that the whole thing was turned into russian.

xTranslator  A handy tool for translations. Just import the file, wait for it to load to see which language is used, and translate it.

I tried the version of SCP you had in the prior reply and it was nothing bot boxes in-game...

I'm like 95% sure I am doing something wrong in xtranslator too since I can't for the life of me figure out how to make it work, it does not help that there is not really a tutorial (at least from what I've been able to find, I dunno, maybe I'm just blind?) that explains how to even set it up properly...

SCP_2.0-RU.7z  I've also translated the TXT file. The problem is that I'm using Skyrim AE, and because of the DLL, I can't test it.

Pretty sure I found what needs to be translated since the .esm does not link to these for some reason apparently...



I guess I'll have to do it by hand since I tried to do the API translation thingie but nothing happened, so yeah, pray for my soul, this is gonna be a long one lol...
