Probably not. Every character in the game uses the same body model so if you added boobs to the base model you'd end up with male characters with boobs and the same goes for the clothes.

Pregnant miis (honestly would not mind gender not being able to be factored for it lol)

 

Let me knock up random characters on my island instead of them just doing miitosis

Would it be possible to have a checkbox list of cloths that can be given 3d breasts?

 

Share mii and such already can grab the actual name of items as a list so that seems doable , also would be useful for other custome models later

 

Since miis tend to wear the same stuff for a wile especially if its custom

 

Giveing different size options would be bonus

I think it would be better if the body portions are changed as a whole, a bit ambitious but thats because you can really add your own details.

For the most part people cant (assumingly) draw proper looking parts is because, theres no big enough space for the chest or pelvis area

Which would remove the problem of having males have female breast as mentioned like...not too long ago
