Microstutter when perks like Idiot Savant trigger

Hey, for some reason when I trigger perks like Idiot Savant I will always have a microstutter, which is kind of annoying.
It does happen with Vanilla HUD, although with an HUD overhaul like DEF_UI or FallHUD it is more notable.

Anyone else having the same issue ?

Long shot, but add your fallout folder to your virus scanner exceptions. The UI is flash based (yeah that flash) and virusscanners tend to scan the crap out of that. It also helps in other ways to exclude fo4 from your virus scanner.
